FIT has secured a lane at the Dickson Aquatic Centre (Cowper Street, Dickson) this summer, so join us in the glorious outdoors.

• Sessions commence Wednesday 26 October (6.30-.7.30am) and run until mid-March 2017).
• 1 lane, on the outside edge of the pool, with pool temperature 26 degrees – wetsuits ok with pool management, but subject to your own judgement on temperature.
• These are ‘Guided’ swims – FIT coaches will provide a swim set to follow and will be present, but the session will be uncoached. If the lane is full, swimmers may swim in the regular public lanes (no lane payment necessary).
• Cost – $4 to cover lane hire (pay to the coach on the day) plus pool entry (20 visit passes available at $4.50 per visit, or $6 casual)

In case of thunderstorms or forecast bad weather, check if the pool is open (see their website or Facebook).

There are plenty of breakfast options available at Dickson shops for those who don’t have to rush off to work.
