Running technique and pacing sessions

Running technique and pacing training with Mike Sainsbury will recommence on Thursday 12 January from 5.45-7pm at the Stromlo running track. The cost is $10 for FIT members.

Mike Sainsbury is an Australian Athletics Level 3 Advanced middle to long distance running coach, who is offering a 5 week progressive program for running technique & pacing for FIT members.

This would be particularly good for beginner runners or those interested in doing the 5km, 10km & half marathons at the Canberra Running Festival this year.
