City to Surf 2017

FIT’s City to Surf running program started this week. This program runs for 10 weeks in conjunction with FIT’s regular Tuesday interval sessions, Thursday and Saturday training runs and is suitable for those wanting to train for the City to Surf or a winter half marathon.

We encourage you to come along to Tuesday running (Lennox Gardens, 6.30am) to join in with the coached sessions.
