Membership portal instructions

If you have any difficulties completing the membership process please contact the TACT office on 6260 4430 or admin@triathlonact.com.au

FIT no longer accepts cheques/cash for membership – if you are unable to use online credit card payments please also contact TACT.

If you are a new member…

  1. Follow the membership link and enter your personal info
  2. Select your membership preferences:
    • The national organisation – Triathlon Australia
    • The state organisation (Triathlon ACT – TACT)
    • Club (FIT)
    • Preferred membership category (as outlined above)
  3. Make your payment

Note:  Membership has an automatic renewal option available. This is a member-controlled feature and you can opt in or out at your discretion. Log into the Triathlon Australia membership portal to manage your membership or to check your settings.

If you are a current member…

Auto-renew option:

  1. Follow the membership link and log in to your account
  2. Check that auto-renew preference is ON
  3. Your membership will automatically renew 1 July until you change your preferences, or you manually renew prior to 1 July. Manually renewing allows you to adjust some aspect of the TA component of your membership package.

Manual-renew option:

  1. Follow the membership link and log in to your account.
  2. Auto-renew may be on or off – select to manually renew to override auto renew settings (complete prior to 1 July to apply)
  3. Select your preferred TA Membership Package
    • The national organisation – Triathlon Australia
    • The state organisation (Triathlon ACT – TACT)
    • Club (FIT)
    • Preferred membership category (as outlined above)
    • If you have a discount code (eg: from a legacy multi-year membership) enter it here prior to processing your payment.
  4. Make your payment, check your membership and ensure your auto-renewal preferences are set to your requirement.
