Throughout the year we also run cycling programs that target some specific cycling events. For example Tour de Femme, The 6 Peaks Challenge and Fitz’s Challenge (varying distances).
Rookie Running is an annual program run in April/May for women new to running and returning to running. The program follows a couch to 5 km format and is an excellent social way to improve fitness and develop a running habit. The program is a good lead up to the Mother’s day Classic 5km Event.
Apart from our wonderful weekly training sessions, we run a number of specific running programs over the year targeting both events such as City 2 Surf and the Canberra Running Festival or specific distances such as 10 km, 1/2 Marathon and Marathon Programs. These programs are generally run in conjunction with our weekly training sessions.
