Rookie Swimming

What is Rookie swimming?

An intensive six-session program which will be held from 16 to 28 September, 2019. We aim to teach you to feel confident in the water and to develop your freestyle technique.

What equipment do I need?

Swimmers, bathing cap, goggles, towel.

Who should register?

The program is ideal for women who would like to consider the WTTP but feel that they can’t because they cannot swim freestyle at all or for more than 25 metres, or for those who have no interest in the WTTP at all but just want to start swimming!

Wednesday 18 and 25 September: 6pm – 7pm at Civic Pool

Saturday 21 and 28 September: 3pm – 4pm (TBC)
