This year the Christmas Run will be held Tuesday 19 December.

This will be the last coached session until 6 February and will be a joint ‘fun’ session.

When: Tuesday 19 December, 6.30am-7.30am

Location: Lennox Gardens (behind the Hyatt Hotel)

Dress in your Christmas (running) best.  In the spirit of Christmas, there will also be the opportunity to donate to women’s charity, Louisa Family Services.

Afterwards join your fellow runners at Cafe EQ for a cuppa.
