Pool session with four coached lanes, allocated as follows:

• One lane for skills development and less confident swimmers;
• The three other lanes for a short (approx. 1500 metres), medium (approx. 1700 metres) and longer (2000+ metres) program

Sessions consist of a warm-up and drills followed by a main set and cooldown.

Pool Entry Fee: $4.00. Please give to the coach on the night

Take the small set of steps on Empire Circuit leading to the basketball courts, the pool is on your right hand side (down a set of steps into the adjacent building).
